The county of Frederick: a model for Trump, a nightmare for immigrants!

In defiance of the Trump administration, hundreds of cities in the United States have become refuges for illegal immigrants and many of the the local police do not collaborate with the federal immigration laws, which leaves most illegal immigrants believing it is not necessary to do so.
